Wedding
- How long until we receive our wedding photos?
- Your full edited wedding gallery is delivered 30 days after the date of the wedding. We share a small preview set much sooner so you have something to enjoy right away.
- What happens if it rains?
- We plan for it. We scout covered options at your venue in advance and use rain as an opportunity for dramatic, memorable images.
Portraits
- How long until we receive photos from other shoots?
- For engagement, birthday, maternity, newborn, family and portrait sessions, your edited gallery is delivered within 15 calendar days of the shoot.
General
- Can we get our photos faster?
- Yes — express turnaround is available upon request. Let us know before your date and we will confirm availability and any additional fee.
- How do we receive our photos?
- You receive a private online gallery link with an access code. From there you can view, download high-resolution images and share the gallery with family and friends.
- Do you travel outside Kingston?
- Yes. We are based in Kingston and travel across the entire Jamaican landscape. Travel beyond the Kingston area may include a travel fee, which we confirm in your quote.
- How do we book a date?
- Send us an enquiry with your date and details. Once we confirm availability, a signed agreement and a retainer secure your date in our calendar.
- How much is the retainer?
- A retainer is required to hold your date and is applied to your total. The balance is due before your event. Exact amounts are shared with your package quote.
- Do you edit all the photos?
- Every delivered image is culled and colour-graded by hand. Detailed retouching beyond that is available on request.
- Can we request specific shots?
- Absolutely. Share your must-have list ahead of the day and we will build it into the timeline.
- Do you offer prints or albums?
- Yes — fine art albums and prints are available as add-ons. Ask us for the current options and pricing.
- What if we need to reschedule?
- Let us know as soon as possible. Where your new date is available we will transfer your retainer to it.
